How early can I get into the office?
If it is your first time working at THE SANDBOX we have a start time of 8:30am so that we can be sure your digital key and wifi are working properly. We also want to ensure you know where the office is located (it changes depending on availability) and any other information you should know about the building. NOTE: If you have already worked a day at THE SANDBOX, you can start as early as 5am.
Can I get a receipt for my rental?
Yes! Receipts can be found in your Billing History. You can view all of the invoices on your account and download anything you need.
How many people can be in the office?
Our office for the day rentals are priced for one person. A second person may be added by purchasing a Day Pass for that person. If you are planning to meet with multiple co-workers or clients you can rent our El Capitan Meeting Room which includes up to 12 people.
Where do I park when I visit THE SANDBOX Goleta?
We have a number of marked SANDBOX parking spaces along the side of the building. In addition there is a dirt lot you can enter after our parking area. In addition the street parking in the neighborhood is not timed and free to park for the day. Do not park in the angle parking on the other side of the lot. Those spaces are reserved for Draughtsman Aleworks customers and you will be towed.
Can I bring my dog to the office?
Only monthly office members are allowed to bring their dogs in after completing the requirements laid out in the Dog Policy.
