First Floor: Office 1.1 is our favorite office in the building and features a window overlooking the front outdoor space and street and a sliding glass door wall and entry door. It is setup with an adjustable height desk and an executive desk chair and Includes all utilities and coworking access to the Santa Barbara and Paso Robles SANDBOX locations .
